Police have yet to identify the man who was shot and killed in the parking lot of Target near Easton Town Center. They also continue to search for the killer.
The murder is the 175th in the city this year, approaching last year’s record of 176 homicides.
Police said the victim was in Target, purchased something at the Starbucks inside the store, and was then shot when he exited the store.
