E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 which is regulated by CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board). And now it is compulsory for manufacturers, producer/Importer, refurbisher or recycler, dismantler to obtain EPR Certificate for their electronic & IT products, Consumer Electrical and Electronics and Photovoltaic Panels, Large and Small Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Home appliances), Electrical and Electronic Tools, Toys, Leisure and Sports Equipment, Medical Devices, Laboratory Instruments before launching them into the Indian market.
