"We Need More Travellers Teaching" by the TVG Youth.

Created for The Gathering: Travellers in Education - Celebrating Success, Framing the Future, hosted by the SOAR Project 23 May 2023, funded by the Programme for Access to Higher Education (PATH) 3.

Young people from the Traveller Visibility Group, Cork, lead the way in showcasing their talents, delivering a socially conscious, yet playful take on their experience of education. The track highlights their unique perspective.

We hope you enjoy and learn from watching their performance, just as much as we did in collaborating and facilitating. The project was led and produced by @gmcbeats, writing & facilitating by @tomesublia Frank McCarthy, video by @swaniguess. Written, recorded and filmed over two evenings at @thekabinstudio.
