Sorry for the shaky cam, it was set on the carpet on accident so every time I touched the rug it moved!

In general, I've seen so many groups fail on doors. I booth at conventions and although those scenarios are VERY easy, in a normal scenario that probably would end so many of them. Likewise, from reading all of your comments, this appears to be a common problem for people.
