Today I look through the incredibly rare photography book, Sightwalk by Gueorgui Pinkhassov.
A lyrical and intimate photo book that I got in 2004 that was first published in 1999 (or 1998?). While looking it up I saw that this out of print book was being sold for loads of money aaaaand that people on Amazon were saying nonsense about the book itself! So to set the record straight I've made a little book review here. Check it out (....of a library because you probably won't be able to afford to buy a copy).
Speaking of libraries as I quit my Senior Lecturer job at a university I don't have access to photo books anymore.... maybe I could review yours?! Or if you know a way I could get my hands on decent photobooks via libraries that'd be amazing.
