Recipe

150gms sweetcorn (drained & defrosted if using frozen)
150gms mozzarella - shredded
150gms mature cheddar - grated
150gms cream cheese
1/2 red onion - chopped
Handful fresh chives
Handful coriander - chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

1️⃣ Pre heat the oven to 180C or Airfryer
2️⃣ Mix the sweetcorn, cream cheese, onion, chives, coriander and half the mozzarella & cheddar in an oven proof dish & flatten
3️⃣ Top with remaining cheese & and an extra sprinkle of chives
4️⃣ Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or Airfryer for 10 mins until golden & bubbling
