I go to the closest Walmart fuel station to get diesel and use my loose change 1st then fill up on my credit card.
I set $7 of quarters and 1$ of dimes on the counter and asked for $8 on #6. Trin looked at me and told me to count it. I said $8 please, and Trin said she doesn’t count money and I said I’m sure a cashier counts money. Then Trin said because of my bad attitude, she was not servicing me. I asked for the manger or $8 of fuel and she laughed at me and said no. I started recording and she changed her attitude.
I bet she thought I would not go and see the manage named Phoenix, that I have known for a few years.
She was wrong. I went in and found out he was promoted to the store manager, not just the fuel station manager.
Diane heard me ask Jacob at the service counter for Phoenix and the issue I had with Trin and walked out and took my money and set the pump#6 for $7 dollars.
Trin thought I messed up and then said you told me $8, and I then said yes, you did hear me, you just refused me service since you don’t count money as a cashier.
Trin then lied and said I slammed the change on the counter rudely, that’s why She refused me service. I asked Diane to watch the video of me and her to catch her lie.
I walked out and pumped my $7 dollars and then pumped $100 on my credit card and saw Trin walking up and started to video so she cannot lie about anything.
Walked in when I was done and tried to see Phoenix and Jacob asked the lady that was stocking to go to the fuel station. She asked why and Jacob said Trin walked out.
The lady said, OH, Trin again?
Trin sounds like a model employee.....NOT!
Diane said she will get the video and apologized for Trin's attitude, and I left my number for Phoenix to call me.
If I set 800 pennies on the counter, I can see them not taking them unrolled. But 28 quarters and 10 dimes took Diane and me less than 15 seconds to count.
So my question is, CAN Trin count?
