Recipe in english
Ingredients
▪Sugar 1, 1/2 cup
▪Brown sugar 1/2 cup
▪Melted butter 1 cup
▪Eggs 4
▪Cocoa powder 1 cup
▪All purpose flour 1 cup
▪Chocolate chunks 1 cup
▪Toppings of your choice
For chocolate ganache:
▪Chocolate chunks 1 cup
▪Hot heavy cream 1 cup
Directions:
▪In a large bowl Mix sugar, brown sugar and butter.
▪Add eggs one by one and beat them until they are well incorporated.
▪Now add cocoa powder and flour fold it gently until well combined don't over mix.
▪Add chocolate chunks mix them
▪Grease cake pan or pizza pan with butter put parchment paper grease it to then add the batter tap the pan gently to remove any air bubbles.
▪Bake at the centre rack in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180°c.
▪For chocolate ganache take 1 cup chocolate chunks add in the hot heavy cream let it sit for 1 minute than wisk until smooth well combined ganache forms.
▪Pour the chocolate ganache in a pipping bag and let it cool down in refrigerator for 1 hour.
▪After 40 minutes let the brownie cool down for 15 minutes then run a knife through edges and take it out.
▪Cut it into 6 or 8 slices on top with chocolate ganache and your favorite toppings like chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, sprinkles, oreo biscuit , candy biscuit, m&ms and different types of chocolate bars.

▪Oven ko preheat kar lien or brownie ko 40 minutes ky liye bake karien 180°c py.
▪Chocolate ganache ky liye chocolate ky tokron ky upper garam cream dal dien 1 minute ky liye chor dien pher achi tarhan mix karien.
▪Chocolate ganache ko piping bag mai dal ky thanda hony ky liye fridge mai rakh dien 1 ganty ky liye.
▪Brownie ko oven sy nikal ky 15 minute ky liye chor dien pher sides py churi pherien or usy nikal lien.
▪Brownie ky 6 ya 8 slices karien or upper chocolate ganache lagaien
▪Brownie ko apni pan pasand toppings sy saja dien.
