U.S. Representative Andy Barr of Kentucky is turning personal tragedy - the death of his wife, Carol - into purpose. Carol Barr died at age 39 of mitral valve prolapse, and Congressman Barr is honoring her memory by informing others about the heart valve disease that took her life. In Washington, Rep.
