In todays video I'm back out at Santa Ana River Lakes chasing those trout, but something happened that ultimately changed everything. The trout didn't seem to want to bite but I was able to find some tilapia that did. I will show you everything I know about these awesome fish, where to find them, how to rig fore them, and how to catch these hard fighting, good tasting fish. Lets see how I did.
