The committee reviewed licensing and enforcement data, including recent licensing trends, 311 call data and trends, short-term rental application and enforcement data, as well as an update on lodger’s tax accounts and year-to-date collection. The committee also discussed current events.
The main topic of discussion was disability access in the STR market.
The meeting ended with public comment.
