Our Fresh Fish is sourced from ports and day boats across the UK. We will only use reputable suppliers who have been fully audited and fully understand the importance of sustainability and have procedures in place to help to protect our fisheries and fisherman throughout the UK.
Our reputation has been built on our prompt service, ability to supply top quality products and our preparation service, which is carried out to the highest standard by our fully qualified members of staff.
We have access to a wide network of suppliers from all over the UK, audited and personally checked by our buyers. All fresh products are bought on a daily basis and prepared to the customer’s exact specification upon request. Frozen seafood products are bought and delivered to us three times a week.
