The Far East is a part of Russia located to the east of Siberia and Trans-Baikal territory in the valleys of the rivers flowing into the Pacific Ocean and its seas. Sakhalin Island and the Kuril Islands, Wrangel Island, Commander and Shantar Islands belong to the Far East. It is the extreme northeast part of Asia.​
The East of Russia is huge and unexplored: here you can find volcanoes, hot springs, the ocean, islands and wild animals.
