½ Cup Gram Flour
½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
½ Tspn Ajwain
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Salt
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 And ½ Cup Water
Mix Well
1 Tbsp Oil
½ Tspn Cumin
Suji Gram Flour Mixture
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Knead For 1 Min.
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
½ Tspn Cumin Powder
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
½ Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Garam Masala Powder
1 Tspn Grated Ginger
1 Tspn Coriander Leaves
Mix
Grease Oil In Hand
Suji Mixture
Potao Mixture
Cover
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
