Oatmeal - I have been eating oatmeal this way for over a year every day for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup frozen or fresh fruit
1 cup water
1 tbsp flax seed ground
1 tbsp chia seeds ground
Directions:
Cook the oats, water, and fruit on medium heat stirring continuously until fruit is soften and everything is well combined.
Add in your chia seeds, flax seeds, and any other spices - enjoy!!
