IN-N-OUT burger is available only in 6 states: CA, AZ, NV, UT, TX, OR. (Note: TX, OR were NOT in the list when this interview was taped.) The first Oregon In n Out opened in Dec 2015. It is famous for its freshness and quality of ingredients. e.g. the beef patties are never frozen, the fries are made on site from whole potatoes, the buns are fresh. Their slogan is "Quality you can taste".
