Air Products is passionate about the development of its engineers throughout their career. Often the focus that gaining chartership brings on professional development can diminish once the engineer is chartered. The Mentor Forum is a way of bringing experienced engineers together to focus on their development and provides a practical network of established engineers for this purpose.
