After the many changes in the season 2 finale, everyone is thinking, remembering, and contemplating what's next. macdreamy realizes she made the wrong decision, but now it's Meridith's turn to make a mind-numbing choice, George still hasn't been able to respond to Kalie's burning love with those three words, and Izzie is pulling herself together, only to wonder if she'll ever come back. I just don't know if she'll ever come back, Christina realizes how deeply she loves Burk, and everyone is in a new situation. Finally, Meridith's panties, the protagonist of the Season 2 finale cliffhanger, turn out to have been picked up by Addison.
