Installing Kitchen Island cabinets really isn't that hard. For concrete we used a hammer drill to hammer into the concrete to create pilot holes for our wood to concrete screws. We use those holes to screw in 2x4's into the ground where our kitchen island cabinets were going to go, and then we secured the kitchen cabinets to those 2x4's. Make sure you add shims to level your cabinet before screwing the cabinet into the 2x4.
