HOW?
    •    Many of the Western countries control the ships and more importantly the insurance the shippers use.
    ◦    For example, to go through #SuezCanal you need a certain threshold of insurance
    ◦    Insurance than is purchased in UK and also Germany
    ◦    Russian, Chinese and Indian insurance not accepted here
    •    The insurers will refuse to insure the cargo if it's not being sold at the set price - which could be around 50/60 per barrel
    •    Therefore restricting Russian oil sales if they don’t' cooperate.
 
However doing this will be quite challenging and I think has potential to backfire on the #West, I'll explain why in the next video.
