2007 Fiat Ducato 2.3 JTD. Sometimes when I start it, it idles fine but I have no power for a couple of minutes before it clears. No engine warning lights or fault codes so far. MPG is a bit worse at the moment and it sounds a bit grumbly. There was also a whirring noise from somewhere under the bonnet, but I assumed that was powered steering related... turns out the noise is coming from the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve.

You can hear from the audio that pulling the pipe kills the buzzing noise, what's not so obvious is the engine also sounds a bit less laboured... to be investigated.
