Cape Town police have made arrests for various offences in the Marikana informal settlement in Philippi East, Western Cape. Police embarked on anti-crime operations in the settlement following the fatal shooting of 11 people last Friday evening. Seven others were killed last Tuesday. The Western Cape Community Safety MEC, Dan Plato met with local leaders to discuss their concerns and he joins us from our Cape Town studios. Good morning.
