500g Munich Malt
500g Flaked Wheat
10g Hallertau Hops
SafBrew Wheat / Mangrove Jacks M20 Bavarian Wheat Beer Yeast
Mash (Half a packet)
Mash: 1 hour at 65 Celcius. Up to 77 Celcius to mash out.
Boil: 1 hour. 5g hops start of boil. 2g 15 mins before end. 2g at end of boil.
Yeast: Pitch half a packet at 18-20 celcius
Ferment: 2 weeks at 20 celcius
