Recipe - ସମ୍ବଲପୁରୀ ଚାଉଳ ବରା | Crispy Rice Vada with Chutney
Preparation and Cook Time - 25 mins ( Except the rice soaking part for 4 hrs )
Serves - 4
Ingredients
4 cups - Rice ( soaked in water for 4 hrs )
1 cup - White Gram ( soaked in water for 4 hrs, which we will grind)
{Measurement Ratio - 1 cup White Gram (biri) for 4 cups Rice}
Carom seeds (Ajawain)
For Chutney - I have soaked Tamarind in water for 15 - 20 mins
And for seasoning - Crushed Garlic Buds, Dry Chillies, Curry Leaves, Hingu
