The second part of our coverage of Steam Dreams' "Highlands & Islands Explorer" rail tour shows the two engines double-heading from Edinburgh to Inverness on Friday 10th May 2019. Our first view is at Kinghorn on the Fife Coast then we go to Blair Atholl as the engines start their assault on The Hill to Drumochter Summit, again being seen near the top at Dalnaspidal. The departure from Kingussie follows and the climb to Slocht under the A9 road. Finally we see the train passing over the May Viaduct, the last wooden trestle bridge on a Scottish main line.
