It's about time I got myself a proper food processor, and after tons of research and comparisons I landed on the Magimix 4200XL. I thought it'd be fun to try it in front of you guys, so you could see my honest first impression!
I bought mine directly from the Magimix UK website. I was not associated with Magimix when making this video, however they have since provided the below affiliate link, where I get commission if you buy through it. You also get a 10% discount with the promo code SCRATCH24.

I apologise for slightly poor sound in the first few minutes of the video, a corrupt sound file is to thank for that - BUT stick with it if you're curious about this food processor, the sound gets better after a little while.
I test:
Small bowl (02:45):
- Making bread crumbs (03:20)
- Making peanut butter (05:35)
Medium bowl (08:36):
- Slicing a leek (09:09)
- Slicing a cucumber (10:07)
- Grating a carrot (10:45)
- Grating cheese (11:20)
Large bowl (12:29):
- Blitzing raw cauliflower, with and without the BlenderMix (13:48)
- Whisking egg whites (17:00)
PS: I can now report that I've done both breadcrumbs and peanut butter in the large bowl, and with the BlenderMix in it works brilliantly, even small amounts. Made peanut butter in less than a minute!
Thank you to Tiago Dias who helped salvage the sound from the camera so I didn't have to do a new take and fake my reaction!
