In 2024 I was blessed to receive an environmental stewardship award from Larimer county. This award is given individuals who make an impact in our county in a way that helps preserve, educate people or otherwise benefit the environment. When I started picking up dog poop on my mountain bike rides several years ago I certainly didn’t think I would still be doing it now or receiving an award for it, but I appreciate this wonderful recognition.
