Capela dos Ossos at the Church of Nossa Senhora do Carmo, Faro
made with the bodies of over 1200 monks, this chapel definately puts you in a contemplative mood. And that is what the monks were going for. It is definately worth checking out while you are in the Algrave on holiday. About 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station.
