Delicious Restaurant Style Tandoori chicken BIR Inspired Recipe
Cooking Tandoori Chicken in an air fryer has to be the easiest and most efficient way to make tandoori inspired dishes these days. As you will see, the tandoori chicken I cooked in the air fryer looks amazing, slightly charred as if it was cooked in an tandoor but most importantly the end results is absolutely delicious.
Once marinated it will take around 20-25mins to serve up this amazing tandoori chicken to your loved ones.

Ingredients for Restaurant Style Tandoori Chicken
Once marinated please keep in room temperature for around 30mins and then place in the fridge for a minimum of 24hrs, I left it in the fridge for 48hrs.
1500g Chicken Leg (I used 6 pieces of chicken leg, fairly big pieces)
1tbsp Tandoori masala
1tbps chilli flakes
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
0/5 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Sweet paprika (you can use normal if you dont have sweet paprika)
0.5 tsp chilli powder
2tbsp Plain yogurt
1tsp Colemans Mint sauce
1tsp Fenugreek leaves
2tsp Tomatoe paste
3tbsp lemon juice
2.5 tbsp fresh coriander, chilli, ginger and garlic paste
To make this paste i used measurement and blend them together with a little bit oil.
40g Coriander leaves
3 green chillies
50g Garlic
40g ginger
