Ingredients:
Vadukampuli Naranga / Wild lemon – 2 big / 800g (Deseeded and cut into small pieces)
Green Chillies (Chopped)
Curry Leaves (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tbsp
Chilly Powder - ½ tbsp
Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
Vinegar - 1-2 tbsp
Steps:
Add salt, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder, oil and vinegar to lemon and mix well with hands applying some pressure.
Adjust salt, coconut oil and vinegar.
Vadukampuli naranga is available mainly during Onam season.
So prepare this for Onasadhya.
