how to downgrade: first you must be on realme ui version c.55 or c.57 or above for the downgrade to work. back up everything important to your phone.
put the downloaded file in root of internal storage.
open realme default file explorer and select the downloaded file. a window will pop up and just select upgrade. your phone will restart and it will start the downgrade process...

Note: i only recommend doing this downgrade on stock recovery with lock bootloader. i didnt test it with custom recovery.
