Braised pork belly is a dish embraced by most Asians. There are many different ways to cook it by varying the spices. This one is a classic Chinese recipe using caramel and soy sauce, and is sweet and savory.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs (907 g) pork belly
2 tbsp light soy-sauce
1 tbsp dark soy-sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
Ginger
Scallion
Peppercorns
