AMAZING Full Court Press Defense Strategy, in this video I breakdown a strategy that you could use to pressure an opposing team. I am a very aggressive Defensive Basketball coach and believe that most of the game you can pressure the ball, especially if your successful doing so. I like to alternate between a 1-2-1-1 Full court press and a 3-2 Half Court press through out the game. This will allow you to create many turnovers and score many easy wide open layups. I am a strong believer of a strong defense will create easy offense. Try this full court press Basketball defense strategy with your team and see if your team is able to blow out even more Basketball teams. As a side note I run a full court press defense up until we are winning by more than 20 points.
