Join AquaFIIT Coach Stacy for her low intensity therapeutic workout in your pool. This one is for beginners, seniors, and those looking to build strength in their pools, and anyone wanting to improve their balance. It is even a great gentle pregnancy workout!!! It is a slower paced routine in LOW INTENSITY, with a complete warm up.
This workout uses an optional mini ball/ playground ball to increase intensity and to work your coordination. You may want to deflate/inflate your ball depending on the resistance you desire. The ball use is totally optional.
Please work to a challenging level but in a PAIN FREE range of motion and take rest breaks as needed. It is always recommended that you wear aqua shoes and have a buddy when you work out in your pool.
