On September 10th, 2020, Perennia's Horticulture Specialists, researchers and producers hosted an online virtual field day to discuss weed management. Topics and guest speakers included:
-Wild Blueberry Specialist Hugh Lyu discusses the major weed species in wild blueberries
-Tree Fruit Specialist Michelle Cortens talks about weed identification in apple production
-Manager of Horticulture Jennifer Haverstock and Gavin Graham, Weed Management Specialist with the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture, discusses weed management in strawberries and a demo trial highlighting the opportunity of fall herbicide application
