Thought this cloud would tower into the cumulonimbus stage, but it just didn't have enough lift! But you can clearly see how it was primed and ready to do so! Either or, you see how beautiful this set of cumulus congestus clouds are as they pass to the north.
I was looking at the radar and the cells just never came to fruition; just some heavy showers. It actually rained towards the end of the video which is why I had to cut the video! :(
