Decided to head out to Champlain and do some lake trout jigging, the bite is usually pretty good, the only issue usually is too much wind. The wind was howling a bit in the morning but the Ultrex on spot lock made it a piece of cake. We used a good variety of lures , but my favorite catch of the day came on a ned rig !!
