Hello and Welcome to the Description Box of the Triplet Triangles Quilts!
I am not a pattern writer but I will do my best in giving as much detail as I can about how I created these quilts. I used 9 different pattern fabrics. Some were from the bundle shown in the video and the others were from my stash. In total, there were approximately 6 yards.
I cut my width of fabric strips at 6 inches for my 6" equilateral triangles.
Each 'twinnie' quilt, nicknamed Leafy Sparkles and Framed Leafy Sparkles, have a total of 180 triangles each and 24 right triangles each (these are the equilateral triangle halves for the ends.) Each row had 15 full triangles and 2 right triangles. There are 12 rows in each quilt.
Leafy Sparkles measures approximately 51" x 66".
Framed Leafy Sparkles measures approximately 57" x 72" with the 3 1/2" Kona Black border added.
Both quilts were freehand long arm quilted with my meandering leaves design with an Autumn colored variegated thread. Backed with a Tan Grunge backing and Kona black binding.
