Spicing up your day with some sizzling Korean Tteokbokki! Who else loves this spicy treat?
Recipe:
1. In a bowl mix together 1tbsp gochujang/ Kashmiri chilli paste, 1 tsp Gochugaru/ chilli flakes(finely ground), 2tbsp soy sauce, 4-5 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 tsp sugar and salt. Set aside
2. Make a dough using 1 cup Glutinous rice flour and 1/2 cup of hot water. roll and boil as shown in the video.
3. heat the sauce in a pan and toss the tteokbokki in it. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
