Here's very quick footage how I assembly brand new SNIGLAR changing table by IKEA.
It took about 15 minutes and did not require any additional tools (except a hammer haha)
The packaging contains all the furniture and tools you need.
All parts are well suited each other
Joints are solid, the whole table looks pretty good, especially for its price!
