Today we have an under 30 minute vinyasa flow with an emphasis on plank based core work. Though we do finish with floor abs, I tend to prefer plank based core work because you're working on strengthening and balancing more parts of the body. But it could also be because they're easier for me than floor abs.... You tell me which you prefer!
This class is strong, high energy, so make sure you mark it for days when you want to feel like you've done some work, but don't have a huge amount of time.
