Use this method to paste data from a spreadsheet to create new rows in your database! This works great for creating dated entries very quickly.

1. Highlight the column of data in the spreadsheet
2. Copy the data
3. Select a single “cell” in the first “Name” column of your database (it should be highlighted a solid blue color, but not editable)
4. Paste the data
