Edwina Bartholomew has jokingly “quit” her job on Sunrise after presenting a grim news story about motherhood.
The breakfast TV star was less than impressed with a new study that found a mum’s lack of sleep in the first six months after having a baby can age them by seven years.
Researchers studied 33 mothers during their pregnancies and the first year of their babies’ lives, analysing their DNA to determine their ‘biological age’, which can differ from chronological age.
