The government of Colombia and FARC rebels say they’ve reached agreement on a ceasefire that would end fifty years of conflict. The fighting has killed 220,000 people and displaced millions more. The accord will be signed on Thursday by Colombian President, Juan Manuel Santos, and the rebel leader, Rodrigo Londono, better known as Timochenko.
