Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin where in todays video I want to talk about my favourite ingredient in skincare, azelaic acid, working out which is the best azelaic acid serum for your skincare routine and the best for tackling hyperpigmentation and brightening the skin.

Azelaic acid is a powerful skincare active ingredient but is not an exfoliator like the other acids. It is know for its versatility, ability to reduce acne, calm and soothe the skin, reduce inflammation and remove excess pigment and hyperpigmentation. Azelaic Acid is also a great antioxidant and pairs well with the other steps in your skincare routine.

When it comes to azelaic acid choosing one form the growing number which brands have to offer can be challenging and so I thought it would measure the qualities of the bestselling azelaic acid serums to work out which is the best of the best.
