With FileStar you can easily convert X3F to JPG. Accessible directly in your right click menu for single or batch X3F processing. How to convert X3F to JPG:

2. Right click on one or more X3F file(s) on your desktop and select Convert with FileStar.
Type "convert jpg" in the search box.
3. Press Run.
