Eddy current separator is mainly used to sort non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and silver from mixed materials. It has the advantages of simple operation, good effect, high sorting rate and low failure rate.

Application
The eddy current separator is composed of conveyor belt, magnetic wheel, driving roller, frame, and other parts. The eddy current separator must be equipped with a suitable vibrating feeder to ensure that the materials pass through the sorting machine evenly, without mutual interference between materials. Uneven distribution can affect the sorting effect.

Principle
Eddy current separator is designed based on the principle that conductors can generate induced current in high-frequency alternating magnetic fields, and current can also generate magnetic fields. During the operation of the eddy current separator， a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field is generated on the surface of the sorting magnetic drum. When the metal enters the strong magnetic field sorting area, eddy current is induced inside the metal block. The magnetic field generated by this eddy current is opposite to the original magnetic field direction and has a mutually repulsive force. This repulsive force can throw the metal block forward, thus achieving the separation of metal and non-metallic objects.

*According to the requirements of belt speed and material size, the height and angle of the dividing plate can be adjusted. *Adopting the permanent magnet NdFeB as the magnet source, the magnetism is extremely strong.
*The main bearing is equipped with high temperature protection to prevent equipment from being damaged by overheating.
