ingredients
500 grams mutton
300 to 400 grams onions
100 grams thick yoghurt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tbs green chilli paste less spicy chillies
1 small lemon juice
few drops kevera or biryani essence
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp full cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 bay leaf clove cardamom
cinnamon pepper star anise
500 grams extra long grain hamari rice good quality rice (I used dawat biryani extra long grain rice )
1 and half tbsp salt
bay leaf clove cardamon
cinnamon pepper star anise
1 tbsp oil or ghee
few drops lemon juice
4 slitted green chillies
fried onions chopped coriander mint leaves orange and green food colour desi ghee for garnish
