In this video, I'm benchmarking the Intel i7 4790k overclocked to 4.6GHz vs the AMD Ryzen 5 2600. The i7 4790k has a frequency of 4.6GHz and the Ryzen 5 2600 has a turbo frequency of 3.9 GHz. This would mean that the Intel i7 4790k will be better., but the R5 2600 has 6 cores and 12 threads, while the i7 4790k only has 4 cores and 8 threads, so then the R5 2600 should be better.
