Join me on this adventure as we take the ferry from Nynäshamn (the journey takes about 3 hours). The weather was unfortunately not that welcoming but that didn't stop me. Enjoy the panoramic view of Visby, my private talk with the wise viking cat, the bells of Visby's Saint Mary Cathedral and wander with me through the ancient cobblestone streets, walk along the 3.4 km long medieval walls that encircle the town center, visit the botanic garten and end up at the beach to enjoy the sunset.

Visby is the best-preserved medieval town in Scandinavia and since 1995 it's on the UNESCO World Heritage Site list. Nestled on the picturesque island of Gotland, Sweden, this historic town, boasts a rich history dating back to the Viking Age. Visby is a popular vacation destination for Scandinavians during the summer and receives thousands of tourists every year.

Visby is sometimes called "The City of Roses" or "The City of Ruins"

Unfortunately my stay in Visby was a very spontaneous one, and i didn't have more than 8 hours there to film. It's one of the places i am definitely gonna revisit and stay for a few days so i can make a video that does this place justice.
